Return and Exchange Policy
At She Stays Still, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy, subject to the conditions below.

Return and Exchange Period
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items returned after the 30-day period may not be accepted. All return and exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by our customer service team before the item is sent back.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered;

Free from stains, scratches, damage, fragrance, or signs of wear;

Returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, certificates, accessories, and any included materials;

Accompanied by the original order information or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Final Sale items;

Items purchased during sales, promotional events, clearance offers, or special discount campaigns;

Customized, engraved, made-to-order, or personalized products;

Intimate or hygiene-related items, including underwear and swimwear without the original hygiene liner;

Earrings, body jewelry, or pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons;

Makeup, skincare, or beauty products;

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or improper care.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before processing begins.
If your cancellation request is approved before the order has entered processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may request a return or exchange after receiving the item, provided it meets the conditions of this policy.

Return Shipping and Fees
Returns and exchanges are not free unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, exchange shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and any other charges related to sending the item back.
Return or exchange shipments must be sent from the same country or region where the order was originally delivered. When required, the return shipment should use the same or a comparable courier service as the original delivery.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
To help us review the issue, please include:

A clear photo or video showing the issue;

Photos of the packaging, if the parcel arrived damaged.
Once we receive your request, our team will review the information provided and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair assistance, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Instructions
Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service team to request return approval.
Once your return is approved, please place the item securely in its original packaging, include the original receipt or order information, and follow the return instructions provided by our team.
If a Returns Pro-Forma Invoice or other return document is required, please complete it accurately and include it with the parcel before handing the shipment to the courier.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or may not be processed.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Original shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, our customer service team may offer an alternative item, store credit where applicable, or a refund in accordance with this policy.
Any price difference, shipping fee, tax, or additional charge related to an exchange may be the responsibility of the customer.

Final Review
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. She Stays Still reserves the right to decline any return, exchange, refund, or cancellation request that does not comply with this policy.
