One-Year Limited Jewelry Warranty

At She Stays Still, each piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before shipment. We offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for eligible items purchased directly from shestaysstill.com.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

1. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty may cover confirmed manufacturing defects, including:

- Defective clasps, closures, or fastenings;

- Loose stones caused by workmanship issues;

- Structural defects in the setting;

- Chain, link, or component defects caused by manufacturing issues;

- Other confirmed quality issues related to materials or craftsmanship.

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or failure to follow proper jewelry care.

The following are not covered:

- Scratches, dents, bending, tarnishing, oxidation, discoloration, or plating wear;

- Damage caused by water, sweat, perfume, lotion, cosmetics, cleaning products, chlorine, or other chemicals;

- Broken chains, bent settings, damaged stones, or missing parts caused by pulling, impact, pressure, or improper handling;

- Lost items or lost stones;

- Damage caused by improper storage, cleaning, repair, resizing, alteration, or modification;

- Customized, personalized, Final Sale, promotional items, or products purchased from third-party sellers, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Warranty Review and Resolution

All warranty requests are subject to review and approval. If the issue is confirmed to be covered under this warranty, we may offer repair assistance, replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution at our discretion.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees related to warranty review, unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by our error or a manufacturing defect.
